My Very Favorite Hummus


2 cans (14oz) chick peas, drained and rinsed

3 tbsp tahini

juice of half a lemon

3 cloves garlic

1/4 cup Lily's Ladle Chicken Bone Broth or Veggie Mineral Broth

2 tsp cumin

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

salt and black pepper to taste

1. Combine all ingredients up to the extra virgin olive oil in a food processor. Process until it resembles a paste.

2. Stream in the olive oil- while food processor is running is fine. If it is still too thick, add more broth by the tablespoon.

3. Season with s+p and any other garnish you like (parsley and paprika are nice)
