Breakfast Broth

This is a base recipe for a great start to you day. Begin with this method, and add any flavors you enjoy (herbs, spices, hot sauce, pestos, etc).

1 cup of any flavor Lily's Ladle Broth

1/2 tsp any flavor vinegar

1 egg


In a small pot on med heat, bring the broth to a low simmer. Add the vinegar. Then crack in the egg. Cook 2 mins for runny, 5-7 mins for firmer set egg. Or you can use a fork or chop sticks to stir the egg directly into the hot broth for more of an Egg Drop Soup! Eat as is, or add any flavors you like.
