Rice Noodle Protein Bowl
This is kind of meal was a refrigerator revelation for me. When my brain finally processed that I could grab leftovers (cooked proteins, greens that need to be eaten, hard boiled eggs, etc), put it in a bowl, heat up some Bone Broth and pour it over the bowl and eat, I was convinced I'd never need another recipe for food again. It's healthy and nutritious. Easily adaptable to different flavors and tastes wonderful.
2 pints Lily's Ladle Chicken Bone Broth
2 cups water
cooked rice noodles
2 hardboiled eggs
2 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp scallions, chopped
8 oz cooked chicken, pork, meat or protein of your choice
Warm up bone broth and water in a pot.
Create your perfect bowl:
Add cooked noodles, hardboiled eggs, bean sprouts, scallions and cooked protein. Ladle hot broth over your bowl. Stir in your favorite flavors. Here is a list of some of ours:
