Coconut Ginger Lime Mug


This quick mug really hits all the high notes for me. The gut healing qualities and high protein content of Beef Bone Broth (16.5g per ounce in Lily's Ladle Beef!!), the acid and vitamin C from fresh lime juice, creamy coconut milk goodness that fills me up, and red pepper flake because I really enjoy spice. A dash of salt to taste and it's done. I savor this any night of the week, and especially post workout, or if I feel a cold coming on.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Beef Bone Broth (any Lily's Ladle flavor will work, but beef is my favorite here)

1/2 inch grated ginger

1 tbsp coconut milk (full fat will keep you feeling fuller for longer)

Juice of half a lime

Sprinkle of red pepper flake

Salt to taste

1. Warm up the broth in a pot. Add the ingredients, stir and sip from a mug.
